We will explore energetic sensing exercises within ourselves, our fellow participants, and the group. To begin to develop familiarity with sharing from the deeply present stories of our soul, and the energy fields we walk within.

The Event

We all long for connection and togetherness. To feel met, understood, and loved exactly as we are. Yet so often, even when we are with other people, we can still feel separate.

To discern our personal capacity for truly being together and truly being alone, we need to develop our ability to tune into the field around us. Tune in through the insecurity, uncertainty, social anxiety, masks, as well as familial, ancestral, and collective cultural stories. To become more familiar with the love, connection, and communion that is present.

A: You can come alone, with a partner, or a friend! Most exercises will be done in pairs, but you do not need to come with anyone.

Q: I’ve never done anything like this before. Do I need to do anything to prepare?

A: Bringing your open heart, mind, and curiosity is all the preparation you need.

Q: What if I don’t know ‘how’ to do it?

A: We are in a time when we are all reestablishing and re-creating what connection means. This is an opportunity to explore together different, subtle, and softer ways of being together.
