When I joined the course, I was hoping to devote more time to connect with my intuition, learn new spiritual practices, and connect with other people who are on a similar path. All those intentions were realized throughout the course. Although I’ve had a meditation practice for years, I appreciated that the course starts off by going back to the basics.
