TERMS OF SESSIONS

Terms of Sessions: If you choose to work with Anayza-Intuitive Energy Healing in an ongoing 1:1, group, or retreat experience, each of these experiences will have further agreements and terms of use for participation. Please see condition ‘c’ for more information.

Conditions of Single SoulSession: A single soulsession can be paid and booked via this website and falls under the following terms: a-c

a: Personal Responsibility And Release Of Health Care Related Claims: The participant acknowledges that the participant takes full responsibility for their life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of their family, and all decisions made during and after this experience. The participant expressly assumes the risks of the experience. The Participant releases Anayza-Intuitive Energy Healing from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity; now or any time in the future. Arising from the participant's past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to the experience.

b: Confidentiality: Anayza-Intuitive Energy Healing will keep the participant information private, and will not share the participant information with any third party unless compelled to by law. 

c: EFFECTIVE December 6, 2024.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start of a session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

Rescheduling Policy
Sessions rescheduled less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.

No-Show Policy
If you book a free consultation or session and do not show up, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session, the session will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the session cost.

Late Payment Policy
Invoices are due within five days of issuance. After the five-day grace period, a late fee of $30 per day will be applied for each day the payment remains outstanding.

Group Circles, Courses, and Journeys
Late Payment Policy applies to all work with Anayza-Intutive Energy Healing
